I am also a proud mother to a beautiful autistic son who inspires me every day to lead with compassion, patience, and strength. My personal experiences have shaped me into a strong advocate for survivors of domestic violence, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for every individual I work with.
At the core of my work is a belief in progress and resilience—I try to be a better person today than I was yesterday, and I have faith that everything will work out in time. Whether I’m offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or simply holding space, I truly care about the people I come in contact with and aim to make a difference in their lives.

My passion for this work comes from a deep understanding of how powerful a safe, supportive, and structured environment can be during early recovery. I believe in creating a home that’s not only substance-free, but also filled with compassion, accountability, and empowerment.
In my role, I help guide residents as they rebuild their lives—offering support, setting healthy boundaries, and encouraging personal growth. I work closely with treatment professionals and local resources to ensure every woman has the tools she needs to succeed.
Recovery is possible, and I’m here to remind every woman who walks through our doors that she is not alone.

Additionally, I previously worked as a House/Operations Manager. I deeply enjoyed helping others in their recovery and witnessing their growth as they progressed through their programs.

Case Management

I have three children, unfortunately I lost my youngest son to addiction eight years ago. He passed away at 25. I have a passion to help people to become a better version of their selves, my passion stems from not only the loss of my son, but because I am a recovering addict myself.
One thing that I always tell others who have struggled with addiction is that “You are more than the mistakes you make in life, you can make a million mistakes in life but it’s when you continue those mistakes, that it becomes a choice”.

Those who have walked beside me on my own journey have given me the blueprint and passion to touch lives in the same meaningful way they touched mine. I value the opportunity to get to know each of my clients as individuals. I would not be where I am today without the unwavering support of my KAV family.
